Ingredients
Jeroahan 500 grams of beef (tripe and spleen)
250 grams of beef
1 liter of water
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2 bay leaves
3 cm galangal, crushed
3 tablespoons oil, for sauteing

4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp pepper
3 cm turmeric
3 eggs hazelnut
3 cm ginger
2 tbsp salt
500 ml coconut milk from half coconut
2 scallions, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced

orange lemau
fried onions
soy sauce
cayenne pepper sauce
How to Make
Boil until cooked cow bowel, lift. Discard water boiled. Jerohan pieces the size of dice. Set aside. Boiled beef with lemongrass, bay leaves and ginger until tender. Remove and cut into cubes. Set aside the meat cooking water for soup broth.
Saute ground spices until fragrant, and add to the broth. Pour the coconut milk, stir until boiling. Put the meat and bowel. Cook until the flavors to infuse. Remove and serve with supplementary materials.
