1 tsp tamarind
mashed rough
5 pieces of curly red chili
5 pieces of red chili
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
How to make
wash fish, then coat with salt and tamarind. Grilled fish, alternating with a spice rub crushed. Fuel continues until the fish was overcooked and dry.
