- 1 1/2 pounds white potatoes or small red potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil

How to make cooking garlic roasted potatoes:
1. Preheat oven to temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Cut potatoes into two or four parts, and place in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir until the potatoes are completely coated.
