Ingredients :
- 300 grams tofu, cut into 5 and steam
- 100 gr chicken meat, cut into small pieces
- 50 ounces peeled shrimp
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms
- 50 g carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sliced onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 1 piece block instant broth
- 250 ml broth
- ½ teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water dg
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO MAKE SAPO
Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant then add ground pepper, sesame oil and instant broth, stirring until blended.
Insert pieces of chicken, shrimp, mushrooms and carrots, stir. Add the stock and tofu, stir well and give a stir cornstarch and cook until done. Remove and serve.
